WHO WE ARE

Ofland Hospitality (formerly Yonder Hospitality) is an outdoor resort brand created by Charles Tate in 2021 that is rooted in the spirit and time-honored tradition of the Great American road trip, connecting travelers to the nostalgia of our past, an appreciation for the present-day, and a bright outlook toward the future. Ofland takes it's name from the words "of the land" and reflects our company’s nature-based ethos and commitment for low-impact development and design crafted toward showcasing the unique landscape of each of our resorts and parks. We seek to meet the hospitality needs of travelers looking to escape the city and reconnect with nature. Ofland achieves this goal by developing resorts with aesthetically distinct free-standing rooms and carefully curated outdoor oriented amenities with warm, friendly service. Noah Ellis, experienced in all aspects of hospitality, has partnered with Charles Tate to develop the Ofland brand and serve as CEO to lead all operations. The company’s first resort, Ofland Escalante (originally Yonder Escalante), opened in April 2021 in southern Utah located in the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument near Bryce Canyon National Park. Ofland is currently approved for a project in the City of Townsend, Tennessee near the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and is pursuing a fourth location outside Zion National Park. Ofland is headquartered in Houston, Texas.
